Following a 73 year choral history of music for the Advent season, the Catholic Choral Society will present an Advent – Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 5th at 3 PM at St Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 134 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, PA. The chorus will be presenting sacred Advent and Christmas music as well other Christmas selections. The concert is open to the public free of charge, however, a free will offering will be available. The pastor of Our Lady of Fatima parish is Rev. Joseph D. Verespy Brenda Grunza is president of  the Catholic Choral Society while Dr. Thomas Rittenhouse is president emeritus. Ann Manganiello is music director of the group while Kimberly Gnall is accompanist.
