You are invited to join us for a weekend full of fun, fellowship and praise for the Adult Women’s Retreat being held by the Diocese of Scranton.
The weekend begins on Friday January 30th, 2026, with check-in starting as early as 4 pm and continuing until 6:45 pm. This year we will host a dinner on Friday Night for people who arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. The Retreat will end on February 1st, 2026, with check-out between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
This year’s retreat will focus on the teaching of St. Hildegard of Bingen, a German Benedictine abbess, mystic, composer and polymath. This year we will be led in the retreat by Annette Bergeon, CEO of Endow. Endow is one of the only women’s organizations that has a study specifically on St. Hildegard and we are so excited to have Annette join us. As part of this retreat, each participant will receive a copy of the Endow study Discovering the Doctors | Hildegard of Bingen & the Doctors of the Church. Accompanying Annette, we will once again have local musician Michael Corsini joining us as the music minister for the retreat.
This retreat is being designed for all adult women, which means anyone, 18 and older, are welcome to attend. So, mothers bring your daughters and daughters bring your mothers and sisters.
The retreat will take place at Holy Transfiguration Retreat Center (1000 Seminary Road, Dalton, PA 18414).
The cost of the retreat covers 2-night stay at the Holy Transfiguration Retreat Center, 5 meals provided by the Chef at the Retreat Center, 2 evening socials, partial cost of the Endow Study and hospitality costs.
