Client Choice Food Pantry Manager

Position Summary
Saint Francis of Assisi Kitchen is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Choice Food Pantry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Food Pantry. This role supervises staff and volunteers, manages inventory and donations, ensures compliance with food safety regulations, and helps advance our mission of serving neighbors in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pantry operations
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers
- Manage food inventory, donations, and purchasing within budget
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and local food safety regulations
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Coordinate building and vehicle maintenance
- Represent Saint Francis at community meetings and partner collaborations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required (post-secondary preferred)
- SERV Safe Manager Certification required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
