World Day of Prayer

Gate of Heaven Church in Dallas will be hosting this year's World Day of Prayer on Friday, March 6 at 1:00 pm. World Day of Prayer is an ecumenical celebration of informed prayer and prayerful action. Christian women in the Back Mountain are invited to join in a service written by the women of Nigeria. The theme of the service is "I will give you rest: come."  Men are also welcome to attend.

The service will be held in the Gate of Heaven Church on Machell Ave. in Dallas.  The church is handicapped accessible through entrances on the right and left sides toward the rear of the church. Refreshments will be served in the Parish Center following the service.
