This program offers a variety of supportive services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk for homelessness. The focus of Case Management is to provide the tools and skills that are needed to prevent you from ever being in a homeless situation again. The ultimate goal of the program is to help attain economic self sufficiency. The many services include budgeting, life skills, job preparation and employment services, goal setting and achievement, household management and referrals to services, if necessary.
