Each parish or group that has an upcoming Pontifical Mass celebrated by Bishop Bambera is required to complete a Mass form with the details of the liturgy (music selections, Scripture readings, number of altar servers, special rites to be celebrated etc.). This information must be submitted at least two weeks before the parish celebration.  The information can be entered below, or click here to download a PDF of the Pontifical Mass Form and return to David Baloga, Director for Worship.

If you have any questions, please contact David Baloga, Director for Worship, at 570-207-2213, ext. 1158 or at David-Baloga@dioceseofscranton.org.
