I certify that all chaperones are Safe Environment Complaint in the Diocese of Scranton.

I certify that my group will meet the 1 adult to 6 youth ratio that is required by the Diocesan Safe Environment Standards.

I understand that the cost for each candidate registration is $25 and $15 for each chaperone.

I understand that I can change my reservation up to the deadline date of the Diocesan Confirmation Retreat, which is 2 weeks before the Retreat date.

I understand that after the deadline date for reservations has passed, my parish will be responsible for the total number of reserved spots (youth and adults), even if my parish does not send this number of youth and adults to the Retreat.
