Please be advised that your attendance at Catholic Social Services’ “A Night Under the Stars” event is contingent upon and constitutes acceptance of a Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement, holding Catholic Social Services and the secret, yet-to-be-named venue owner and company harmless from any and all liability. A more complete Waiver and Release of Liability/Hold Harmless Agreement will be provided at the time of the venue identification on the evening of the event.
