Lenten Buffets

Lenten Buffets at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 5112 Pocono Crest Rd., Pocono Pines, will be held in the parish hall, on the Fridays of February 20, March 6 and March 20, from 4 to 6 p.m.  Each buffet will feature soup, salad, fish, a variety of meatless dishes – Veggie Penne, Stuffed Shells, Haluski and Mac & Cheese, just to name a few – with bread, hot and cold beverages, plus homemade dessert. Gluten-free dishes will be available.  Eat in or take out. Menu subject to change and available while supplies last. Parish hall is handicap accessible. Cost: Adults $15; Seniors $12; Child’s meal will be discounted at the door. In the event of inclement weather, “Snow date” is March 27.  The 3 Lenten Buffets are the only fundraisers of St. Max’s Social Concerns Committee and funds their many charitable works.
