The counseling program at Catholic Social Services assists individuals of all ages in the healthy management of emotions and problem solving skills.  Through our compassionate services we strive to improve one’s ability to cope with issues such as grief/loss, low self-esteem, poor communication skills, adjustment to difficult circumstances, marital distress, depression, anxiety and mood disorders.  Professional, licensed counselors provide services for families that are experiencing behavioral issues. Bi-lingual services are also available.

Each counselor within the program commits to the improvement of individual and family functionality and strive to assist an individual in recognizing his/her own sense of dignity and self-worth in order to reach his/her fullest potential.

Counseling services include individual, couples, marital, separation/divorce, family and child.  Family and various group services are also provided that help to enhance positive growth and development through systemic interventions.

Counselors are also involved in pre-cana instruction and post-abortion healing.

Some insurances are accepted.  Fees for individuals without insurance are based upon a sliding fee scale.
