Registration Instructions
Department of Human Services

  1. Pre-registration is required. Once registered, you may walk-in during a location’s posted hours of operation or schedule an appointment to decrease your wait time.

  3. Service Codes are now required for all pre-registrations.

  5. Select Schedule or Manage Appointment
  6. Select Name/Method of Contact, located near the top of the page.
  7.  Enter Essential Information in required fields, as noted by the red asterisk*
  8.  Select Next
  9.  Enter/Select Citizenship Information in required fields, as noted by the red asterisk*
  10.  Select Next
  11.  Select NO to the following question: Do you have an Authorization Code (Coupon Code) that you will be using as a method of payment?
  12. Answer Personal Questions, as noted by the red asterisk*
  13. Select Next
  14. Enter/Select Personal Information in required fields, as noted by the red asterisk*
  15. Select Next
  16. Enter/Select Mailing Address in required fields, as noted by the red asterisk*
  17. Select Next
  18. Select Identity Document which you will be required to provide during enrollment at the IDEMIA IdentoGo – State Agency Enrollment fingerprint site
  19. Answer Question regarding name enrolling matching with name on the identity document, as noted by the red asterisk*
  20. Select Next
  21. Enter Postal Code, City, Airport Code or Special Access code into search bar to schedule an appointment OR walk-in at the IDEMIA IdentoGo – State Agency Enrollment Fingerprint Site
  22. Select Location which is most accessible based on distance and operation of hours
  23.  Select Next
  24. Select Date and Select Time to schedule an appointment OR Select Walk-In
    (Note: scheduled appointments take priority over walk-ins)
  25. Select Next
  26. Review Service Summary confirmation to ensure appointment details are accurate
  27. Select DONE if the information is accurate.

Canceling/Rescheduling an Appointment

Please provide the IDEMIA IdentoGO – State Agency – Enrollment fingerprint site 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Applicants will receive a confirmation email from nobody@uemail.identogo.com which provides a link at the bottom of the email to Schedule or Manage Appointment by entering Universal Enrollment ID (UE ID) and Date of Birth. This will route back to the Service Summary where the applicant can either Cancel Appointment or Reschedule Appointment at the bottom of the confirmation.

What to Expect at the Enrollment Appointment

Applicants will be required to bring to the IDEMIA IdentoGO – State Agency – Enrollment fingerprint site the applicable Identity Document(s) which was/were selected as part of the online pre-enrollment registration application.
The fingerprint transaction begins when the Enrollment Agents (EA) review the applicant’s qualified state or federal identity documentation before processing. Applicants will not be processed if they cannot produce acceptable photo identification.

After identify of the applicant has been confirmed, all ten (10) fingers are scanned to complete the process – the entire fingerprint capture process should take no more than 3-5 minutes.

Please bring one of the identification documents from the list below to your enrollment appointment:
  • Driver’s License issued by a State or outlying possession of the U.S.
  • Driver’s License PERMIT issued by a State or outlying possession of the U.S.
  • ID card issued by a federal, state, or local government agency or by a Territory of the United States
  • State ID card (or outlying possession of the U.S.) with a seal or logo from the State or State Agency
  • Commercial Driver’s License issued by a State or outlying possession of the U.S.
  • Canadian Driver’s License
  • Department of Defence Common Access Card
  • Employment Authorization Card/Document (I-766) with Photo
  • Foreign Driver’s License (Mexico and Canada only)
  • Foreign Passport
  • Military Dependent’s Identification Card
  • Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I551)
  • U.S. Coastguard Merchant Mariner Card
  • U.S. Military Identification Card
  • U.S. Passport
  • Enhanced Tribal Identification Card (for federally recognized U.S. tribes)
  • U.S. Visa issued by the U.S. Department of Consular Affairs for travel to or within, or residence within, the United States
  • Uniformed Services Identification Card (Form DD-1172-2)
  • Photo ID Waiver for Minors and U.S. Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

Method of Payment

Credit Card, Money Order, and Business Check are only accepted on-site at the IdentoGO – State Agency – Enrollment fingerprint site. The Diocese of Scranton does not provide authorization codes as a form of payment – applicants must provide a method of payment for themselves.

NOTE: Credit Cards must display the name of the applicant in order to be accepted for payment. The individual whose name is on the credit card must be present during the transaction.
