PETITION TO OPPOSE FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT
 

The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, the state affiliate of National Right to Life, has established an online petition to stop FOCA, the so-called Freedom of Choice Act.

FOCA would wipe out virtually all restrictions on abortion, including Pennsylvania’s landmark Abortion Control Act, which would mean an end to parental consent, informed consent, and 24-hour waiting periods for abortion. It would also mean the return of the heinous practice of partial-birth abortion, in which a child is partly delivered, then killed.
