Reverend James P. Dougher, from Assistant Pastor, the Church of Saint Patrick, Scranton, to Pastor, the Churches of Saint Peter, Wellsboro, and Saint John Neumann, Blossburg. 

Reverend Robert J. Kelleher, from Assistant Pastor, the Church of Saint Ignatius, Kingston, to Pastor, the Church of All Saints, Plymouth. 

Reverend Joseph J. Manarchuck, from Pastor, the Churches of Saint Peter, Wellsboro, and Saint John Neumann, Blossburg, to Pastor, the Church of Saint Mary of the Assumption, Wyalusing. 

Reverend Edward R. Scott, from Administrator, the Church of Saint Mary of the Assumption, Wyalusing, to Administrator, the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Avoca. Father Mark J. Bochinski continues to serve as Pastor of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Avoca.

Reverend Thomas J. Sokolowski, from Assistant Pastor, the Churches of the Sacred Heart, Saint Agnes and Saint Joseph, Forest City, and Saint James, Pleasant Mount, to leave of absence for reasons of health. 

Reverend Joseph F. Sica, from Chaplain, Mercy Hospital, Scranton, to leave of absence, effective January 2, 2008.
