MPA Hearing in Harrisburg on April 29
The Senate Appropriations Committee will
conduct a public hearing on Senate Bill
1250, the Marriage Protection Amendment, on
April 29 in Harrisburg beginning at 9 a.m.
in the Capitol Building, East Wing Room
8E-A. This committee will be the next to
vote on the bill before it can reach the
full Senate.
Supporters of SB 1250 are welcome and
encouraged to attend the hearing. A strong
show of support will remind the senators
that the marriage protection amendment
enjoys wide support among Pennsylvanians and
we want the chance to vote on it.
Even if you cannot attend, you can voice
your support. Contact your state senator and
ask him/her to support the Marriage
Protection Amendment:
