Property and Risk Management

The Diocese of Scranton is comprised of a community of believers claimed by Christ as God’s own people.  Many individuals are called together as a Catholic community of faith, proclaimng the Word of God and salvation in Christ, through service, worship and ministry to God’s people.  These faithful men, women and children serve as employees, volunteers, parishioners, students or could be simply visiting one of our many facilities.

It is the mission of the Diocese of Scranton and the Diocesan Safety Committee to promote and provide a safe and healthy environment to everyone involved in our ministry.  We are committed to developing policies and practices that will promote on-going saftey awareness which in turn will protect the welfare of the valued followers of Jesus Christ and His Church
