All

and all members of the Parish Pastoral
Council are required to attend this
session. Each of
the meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m.
If possible, clergy and council members
should be seated together. The meeting will
provide material for looking at the Church
and parish in the context of Eucharist and
Evangelization and from the perspective of
Vocation, Stewardship, Communion and
Mission. This workshop will give a
comprehensive and integrated overview of the
parish through theology and spirituality. A
Reply Form for Registration will be mailed
to all Pastors.
Bishop
Martino has required that all meetings begin
with twenty minutes of prayer and twenty
minutes of study or reflection. Prayer and
study material will be made available
through the diocesan website to assist you
in fulfilling this mandate.
If you
have not already done so, all Pastors are
asked to please send the Parish Mission
Statement to the Episcopal Vicar for
your Pastoral region by October 30, 2007.
I am
also writing to give the dates that have
been scheduled for the Fall Days of
Ongoing Formation and Reconciliation for
Priests: October 17 at Holy Rosary,
Williamsport, November 7 at St. Luke’s,
Stroudsburg, and December 5 at Villa St.
Joseph, Dunmore. A spring date for the Day
of Ongoing Formation and Reconciliation will
be announced in the near future.
Registration material for this will soon be
sent to you by mail.

Sanctification are scheduled on:
