From Williamsport/Hazelton
PA 118 to PA 415 for 4.4 miles.  Right onto PA 309 S E to Exit 2.  Right at light at bottom of ramp onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.  From Wilkes-Barre Blvd. follow the directions above. 

From Pocono Area
PA 115 to PA 309 Wilkes-Barre.  Follow Cross Valley Expressway (PA 309) to Exit 2.  Left at light at bottom of ramp onto Wilkes-Barre Blvd.  Right at E.
