Reverend Kevin P. Mulhern, Pastor of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas, to Administrator, Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake, effective, June 2, 2008.

Reverend E. Francis Kelly remains Pastor of Our Lady of Victory Church. In addition, Father Mulhern remains Pastor of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. 

Reverend John F. Poplawski to Administrator of the Church of Saint Joachim, Meshoppen, effective June 5, 2008.
