How does one prepare to be a Diocesan Priest?

A diocesan priest must complete four years of college with 36 credits in Philosophy.  For those who lack this requirement, two years of Pre-Theology are required before beginning the four years of Theology.

Seminary formation includes human formation, spiritual formation, intellectual formation and pastoral/liturgical formation.  The Seminary program includes learning through living with a community of priests and seminarians, pastoral experience in a variety of ministries and apostolates, and opportunities to live in parishes.
