How do I know I may be called to the Diocesan Priesthood?

Regular prayer and regular participation in the Mass;

Involvement in the mission of the church;

Living the responsibilities of the Christian faithful;

Encouragement by members of the Catholic Community;

Presence of attitudes, skills and qualities identified as necessary for priestly life and ministry;

Desire to live and minister as a priest.

The Right Intention

A man who wants to witness to the Gospel and to help people to know, to love and to serve God, by living and ministering as a priest.

The Call of the Church

The call to Ordination comes from the Bishop of the Diocese, after a consultation with persons responsible for priestly formation.
